There are many reasons why people

fix them. We help people by buying the property at a discount. Buying property at a discount allows us to fix
up the property and help someone else by providing affordable housing. Buying at a discount also benefits the seller

We are not Real Estate Agents. We associate with a group of private investors. Investors
look to make a profit by solving problems. A home may not be up to code, it may need permits, it may need structural
work (electrical, plumbing, new roof, ect) or it may just need cosmetic work (paint, carpet, landscaping, ect). Making
properties look pretty provides jobs to people who fix them up and also increases a neighborhood's value.
